Matrix Marketplace
Welcome to the growing Matrix Marketplace – your new hub for effortless customization, no developer experience necessary. Discover a plethora of vetted and tested add-ons for MatrixALM and MatrixQMS, from UI dashboards, plugins, and modules to project templates, all ready to streamline your operations. With the Marketplace, it's not just about choice; it's about making those choices work seamlessly for you. All Matrix users can access the Marketplace directly inside their instance and see which add-ons they already have and which add-ons are compatible with their instance. Your Admin will be able to request more information, install, or request a license for the add-ons directly inside the Marketplace.

Never lose your work again. Our new feature safeguards your inputted text, restoring it even after a page reloads by autosaving the content in the text box every 30 seconds. It's about making sure your hard work is always saved and ready when you are.
LiveQMS shortcut keys
Speed and efficiency are at your fingertips with the new LiveQMS shortcut keys. Navigate our system effortlessly, keeping your focus sharp and your workflow smooth. It's all about doing more, faster, without losing sight of what's important. There are global, training, and navigation keyboard shortcuts for the most common tasks like reading and understanding a procedure or training, showing the history of a current item, comparing previously published versions, and more. Customized automated email text
Communication is key, and our new email customization feature ensures your automated emails that are generated when a gate has passed are relevant. Now, when a process has successfully met the required conditions or standards at that particular stage, the triggered email can be customized to inform your team in a meaningful way that makes coordinating any subsequent actions smoother and more timely.
Rename projects
Typos happen, projects evolve into something bigger, and naming conventions change, so why shouldn’t your project names evolve too? Flexibility in project management is crucial. Our latest feature lets you rename projects, a top request from our user community. The enhancement makes it easier to adapt quickly to changes without missing a beat.
Enhanced security
Your security is our priority. With the latest update, we've bolstered our defenses, particularly in user management, aligning with 21 CFR Part 11 standards. Admins will no longer be able to modify other users’ passwords and emails. Print high-resolution DrawIO diagrams

You put a lot of time into making your diagrams to better visualize complex processes and illustrate software architecture, user flows, system integrations, or compliance frameworks, and our improved DrawIO integration means your diagrams stay crisp and clear when they are added to PDFs, even when they are zoomed in or printed. Say goodbye to pixelated images and hello to precision.
Control notification setups for users

Prevent deletion of mandatory categories
We understand the importance of enabling your team to configure projects on their own for better productivity and we also understand the importance of safeguarding critical project elements that should not be changed or deleted. Our new enhancement prevents non-Admin users from accidentally deleting mandatory categories, adding an extra layer of protection to your projects.
