Procedure & training with Matrix Requirements.
The quality management system of Matrix Requirements® Requirements consists of two components: QMS Project and LiveQMS Viewer.

Manage QMS Documentation with Matrix Requirements
Build your QMS documentation
The QMS project serves as the core of your Quality Management System, housing all processes, work instructions, and process-related risks. It is where you create documents and templates, as well as publish your QMS to make it accessible to designated personnel.
The QMS Project is a Matrix Requirements® project used to write, approve and maintain QMS Documentation. It is also where you will manage training of users to track training status, assign new training or create reports.
The LiveQMS viewer is a web page with the published version of the QMS accessible with a free Matrix Requirements® account. It is the place for all employees to consult the QMS and perform their training on-line.
You can leverage the item-based traceability capabilities of Matrix Requirements® by including Standards as Matrix Requirements® items to perform your gap analysis and link the processes that address the relevant standards, process can then be linked to Work Instructions.

Review and Publish
You can manage the review and approval of your QMS documentation using labels where only selected individuals or groups can change the status of items and lock them or using dedicated review items to perform reviews of several items at once.
Once procedures have been reviewed and approved, you can publish them on the LiveQMS of your company.
The LiveQMS is a web site where all the employees can access the latest version of the QMS documentation and perform their training.
It is password protected and accessible for everyone that has at least “QMS Viewer” access rights which is free of charge with Matrix Requirements® QMS.

Manage trainings
You can define a training for any QMS document that you will publish in your Live QMS. You can define training questions or else a simple “Read and Understood” button will be available to confirm that the trainee has read the text.
Besides the training content you can also define who needs to participate in the training by defining a group or role in the configuration of the training module.
Once logged into the LiveQMS, employees will see the QMS documentation requiring training with a red exclamation mark in the list of processes.
A training dashboard is available in the QMS project to monitor training progress, create reports or initiate new training.
