Program rules and requirements
Participation in our referral program is easy and rewarding, with just a few simple rules:
The referred company must fully complete this demo request form.
The referee must be actively seeking ALM or QMS solutions and be part of the Medical Device industry.
The referral is considered successful once the referred company completes a demo with our team.
Following a successful demo, the referrer will receive a $100* Amazon gift card within 30 days. (*Amazon gift card will be in USD or EURO depending on your geographical location.)
There is no limit to the number of companies you can refer!

Entry Dates: From June 26, 2024 until December 31, 2024.
Who can enter: Contest is open to all EU & U.S. residents with valid email address and are a current Matrix Requirements Customer.
Entry: Matrix Requirements reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions on all matters related to the program, including eligibility of referrals and referrees. To be eligible the referee must send a potential 'demo prospect' that has the following criteria - Currently employed by or owner of a Medical Device company, is actively looking for a QMS or ALM, completes the demo/referral form in full, lists the referees requested details on the form, completes a demo with a team member from Matrix Requirements.
Privacy: We will not share the referrer or referee details and they will remain aligned with our current privacy policy.
Reward: Based on region, the referrer will receive $100 or €100 based on their referral meeting the following criteria.
Notification: Referrers with successful referees that have met the criteria will be determined no later than 30 days following the completion of the form by the referree. The referral will be sent their gift following this either by email or by post.
Matrix Requirements' decisions are final and binding.
